FIRST DAY SAN JAVIER- CONCEPCION
07:00 Hotel pick up and departure from Santa Cruz on a private bus to Cotoca, Las Pailas, Pailon and Los Troncos. Refreshments in the way
11:00 Arrival in San Javier
Visit San Javier Church – the oldest misión established by the Jesuits in 1691. Lunch
15:30 Departure to Concepcion (approximately 90-minute bus ride) along the road, the visitor will admire granitic rock formations, palms & islands in the forests.
17:00 Arrival in Concepcion and hotel registration
19:30 Evening mass
20:30 Dinner
SECOND DAY CONCEPCION- SAN JAVIER- SANTA CRUZ
08:00 Breakfast
08:30 Departure to rock of Santa Teresita or Calama (20-minute ride) the visitor will be able to admire
the Chiquitano valley (recommended for well fit people)
10:00 Visit Concepcion church – a true jewel of the 18th century and the craftsmen shops where the Chiquitanos carve pieces for the different missions.
12:00 Lunch
13:30 Return to San Javier. The tour will stop at Paquio rock and picture of buffalo herds could be taken
15:00 Arrival in San Javier. Short stop for refreshments. Return trip to Santa Cruz and refreshments on
the road.
19:00 Arrival in Santa Cruz
